Benevon New Team Member Intensive
This rigorous one-day immersion provides the essential nuts and bolts of the Benevon Model for new individual team members.
After completing this workshop, participants will be ready to join their team and participate in their organization's current Benevon plan. Unlike the full two-day Benevon 101 Workshop, this one-day intensive does not include customizing a new plan for each organization.
 Participants will learn the key components of the model, including:
- Point of Entry® and Point of Entry Conversion Events
- Essential Story™
- Treasure Map®
- Ask Event™ Plan
- The Cultivation Superhighway™
- Asking Naturally
- Free Feel-Good Cultivation Events™
Participants will leave this workshop excited and ready to jump in and be full, active Benevon team members at their organizations. |
Prerequisite:
This workshop is available only to team members from organizations that have completed a full two-day Benevon Workshop within the last two years.
Choose from two formats for the Benevon New Team Member Intensive.
LIVE IN-PERSON
Tuition:
Tuition for the Benevon New Team Member Intensive is $2,000 per person. If your organization is participating in the Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program™, you are eligible for a reduced rate of $150 per person. (Please note that tuition does not include travel and lodging expenses.)
Team Requirements:
- The live in-person New Team Member Intensive is open to new team members of organizations enrolled in the Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program, or for anyone in the 101 or 201 coaching cycle.
- If you are a new Team Leader or CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent position, you must attend a live in-person New Team Member Intensive within twelve months of your team attending a live workshop.
LIVE ONLINE
Tuition:
Tuition for the Benevon Online New Team Member Intensive is $795 per person. If your organization is participating in the Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program, you are eligible for complimentary attendance at the Online New Team Member Intensive.
Team Requirements:
- This live online workshop is open to new board, volunteers, and staff who are joining an existing team.
- If you are a new Team Leader or CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent position, you should attend a live, in-person New Team Member Intensive.
