Benevon 201: Fully Integrating the Model
Benevon 201 is designed to focus specifically on the three things groups need most after successfully implementing one cycle of the model:
Designing specific cultivation plans for each new Multiple-Year Giving Society™ Donor
- Putting the sizzle into Point of Entry® Events
- One-on-one donor cultivation and asking
At this two-day intermediate workshop, your team will focus on cultivating relationships with donors and more deeply integrating each component of the model into your organization. By the end of this workshop, your team will have a detailed plan and timeline for implementing each aspect of the Benevon Model over the next year.
Your team will learn to:
- Systematize the donor cultivation process
- Increase fundraising results at your next Ask Event™
- Ask for money one-on-one
- Improve Point of Entry quality and guest attendance
- Engage your board
- Customize the Cultivation Superhighway™
- Modify your Ask Event for year two and beyond
- Use Free Feel-Good Cultivation Events™ to launch capital campaigns
- Plan your preliminary campaign strategy
Benevon 201 includes:
- Two rigorous, fast-paced days of classroom sessions
- Four hours of individual team telephone coaching
Pre-201 conference calls: We are offering free conference calls for you and your team to learn about what you can expect from the 201 workshop.
